About People First

Recognitions enables us to really see the person for who they are, and not just what their cv says. Social feeds and groups provides a place for your employees to share, collaborate and communicate easily either socially or at a business level using the project groups tool.

People First is hosted entirely on the Microsoft Azure Cloud, therefore passing on these world class services to our customers.

People First is an API led solution allowing data to be easily transferred between systems.
Should a manual approach be required then we do of course have the facilities to allow you to import and export the required information.

People First is updated with the latest features and functionality every two weeks, ensuring that our customers get the most up to date version of the solution regularly and without the need of timely impact analysis and further implementation costs.

Updates take place during a time that impacts as few customers as possible to allow you to continue to use People First, usually falling early on a Saturday morning. You will be informed in advance the time and date when your environment is due to be upgraded and any potential impact this may have. In advance of this update you are also supplied with guidance on what is due to be upgraded and how you can achieve the benefits of the upgrade.

Trial and Payment

If you’ve requested a demo vie the website, you be contacted for us to arrange a 15/20 min WebEx with the client, where a Sales Consultant will provide an overview of the platform and answer any questions.

Following a WebEx demonstration, you will be issued trial login credentials for a period of up to 14 days, which will give you access to a pre-populated environment to utilise.

You will be contacted towards the end of the trial period to agree next steps; access to the environment will end after the agreed term.

The minimum term is 12 months.
The maximum term is 60 months.

Once the contract details have been agreed. A member of our sales team will send you a subscription agreement to sign via echosign, (along with a DD mandate if applicable). Once signed, and counter signed by the People First team, a live environment will be generated and login details released to you.

As long as notice of cancelation has been given to People First in accordance with the contract, the service will end after the initial period, as stated on the subscription agreement.

Installing and using

People First has dedicated apps for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Android apps will soon follow. People First can also be accessed on any mobile device using the internet browser.

Yes, including when using Safari.

We recommend using Google Chrome.

Customers can achieve go-live in two consultancy days or 12 working hours depending on customer requirements. This is achieved with the use of pre-configured tables, security roles and preconfigured notifications.

People First has been designed to be intuitive to use and does not require any mandatory training. However, customer can choose to purchase additional consultancy time for the purposes of user training.

Customers who choose to self-implement will receive a free 30 minute consultation to get them started, and a comprehensive guide to allow them to implement the system themselves. Customers who opt for a consultant led implementation will receive 12 hours of consultancy time to implement and demonstrate People First. Customers also have access to a library of helpful videos on the Support Desk portal.

After go-live, customers can access many instructional videos on the Support Desk. If they require further help then they can raise a case with the Support Desk or purchase additional consultancy hours for more in-depth support.

Our Support Desk is open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding English bank holidays). During this period, our team of experienced analysts will investigate and progress your cases, regularly keeping you updated. Our goal is to respond to 80% of cases within two hours.

Yes, there are many data imports which can be carried out including: People, Absence History, Friends & Family Info, Hours & Basis, Salary Info and many more.

Partners

Despite the market crying out for something different, People First remains a truly unique offering. As a result, you have the opportunity to partner with a company that is way ahead of the curve, with a product that will help shape the future of work. This means the potential to increase your market share and the chance to generate significant revenue growth.

Partnering with us couldn’t be easier. We offer a complete on-boarding program, covering readiness and enablement, training and materials for marketing, sales, services and support. You’ll also have 24/7 access to our online Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, which provides up-to-date information, templates and tools.

There are a number of ways you can partner with People First, depending on your own needs and capabilities.

People Partner – with this type of partnership, you can sell, implement and provide support for People First, allowing you to create additional revenue and expand your portfolio.

Open Partner – this option allows you to plug in and sell your existing HR software to our global network via our open platform, giving you full access to our API library and marketplace.

You could make +£75k ($100k) per year for every 1,000 employees, plus additional revenue from implementation and add-ons. For more information contact our Partner team.
